Moving Day

Here's a handy list of things to be done on the big day or just shortly before.

Take it easy.

With luck, moving day will be relatively relaxing. We had to spend a half hour sorting out details with the moving crew and pointing out things to be left behind. Then we stayed out of the way, sipping cold drinks on the back patio, and let the experts get on with it. When questions arose we were around to answer them, but that was about all we did. Not a bad day.
